This here is a notification on the subject of our upcoming appearance at ‘Compressedfest‘ at The Miller in London Bridge (we’re on at half eleven).

No ordinary gig this, though, this truly is a compressed festival; featuring 13 bands (plus surprise guests!) and ten of the finest laugh-mongering comedian types this side of danger-comedy.

And the best bit – no crushing guilt! It’s true! All profits from the fest go to ‘Kids Company’, a charity dedicated to giving abused children instruments so they can bust some sick grooves, so in reality this is probably the best thing you’ve heard about in a while.

And if you aren’t there, the sympathetic resonance of all the fun you could be having will cause an emotional resonance cascade and bring about the events of Half-Life 1 BUT IN YOUR BORING-ASS LIVING ROOM.

We won our heat at the ACM Battle of the Bands and are in nervous anticipation of the final on June 7th, we’ve been gigging left right and centre, writing again and this coming Thursday, thanks to everyone who came down the launch of the ‘Hearts & Vices EP’ we’ll be returning to the Bowery in London, supporting the ultra-cool, post-punk electro rockers, R O M A N C E!
